SR We are looking for: Facility Manager (f/m/d)
Vienna location/part-time with immediate effect or by arrangement
Your profile:
- Completed technical training is an advantage but not necessary
- Professional experience in facility management, preferably in the healthcare sector or a comparable organisation
- Sound knowledge of building technology and maintenance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ideally, you can supplement your German language skills with another language
- Team-orientation and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for facility management at the various paediatric outpatient clinic sites, including the repair, maintenance and servicing of all buildings, facilities and technical systems
- Coordination and cooperation with external service providers and contractors
- Support in the development of long-term strategies to improve facility management processes
