Your profile:
- Technical affinity and confident use of digital tools (MS Office,
practice software, accounting programmes) - Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to work in a structured manner even under pressure
work - High customer orientation and empathy in dealing with patients and their families
Families - Willingness for continuous further training
- Independent, results-orientated and structured way of working
- Team-orientated, solution-oriented and responsible work
- Knowledge of personnel and budget planning an advantage
Your tasks:
- Personnel planning, duty roster management, holiday management
- Organisation of team meetings, internal communication and external communication
Public relations - Coordination of ordering, IT, facility management and legal requirements
(e.g. data protection and hygiene) - Planning and organisation of further education and training measures
- Introduction and support of quality and error management systems
- Further development of internal structures and processes
- Contact person for contractual partners, authorities and professional organisations
- Support in the implementation of health promotion programmes
