D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda yay\u0131l\u0131rlar. Her iki bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131k da \u00e7ocuklarda, ergenlerde ve yeti\u015fkinlerde ciddi komplikasyonlara ve ikincil hastal\u0131klara neden olabilir. K\u0131zam\u0131k\u00e7\u0131k genellikle asemptomatik olan bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. K\u0131zam\u0131k vir\u00fcsleri damlac\u0131k enfeksiyonu veya enfeksiy\u00f6z burun\/bo\u011faz salg\u0131lar\u0131yla do\u011frudan temas yoluyla bula\u015f\u0131r. Ortalama kulu\u00e7ka s\u00fcresi sekiz ila on g\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
